Making a booking
We accept bookings via our Online Booking System or by contacting the Salon directly 01474 360189 or 07818 424758
You can access our online booking via the “Book appointment” tab at the top of the website page or via our social media pages using the “Book now” button.
We will require an email address and a contact number to book you onto our system, this is because we run our bookings via email and text where you will receive an email and / or text confirmation of your booking and a 72 hour reminder, however, it is your sole responsibility to remember your scheduled booking and must not rely on the reminder service, as this is just a courtesy and we do not take responsibility for forgotten appointment times / dates.
Please let us know if there are any changes to your email address or contact number so our records stay up to date, and you will receive all correspondence from us.

Should you contact us out of these hours, you will receive a reply during our next working day. At busy times calls may be diverted to our answering machine. Please leave a message and we will return your call.
A 50% booking fee is required immediately upon booking online or in person via Square. This amount is deducted from the appointment’s final total.
All booking fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another booking time (once only) if more than 48 hours notice is given.
Booking fees will be lost if we receive less than 48 hours notice to either cancel or reschedule, or in the event of a no show.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and alone, unless otherwise agreed with the salon, (e.g Bridal parties etc.,) for health and safety reasons.
We fully understand that being late can be out of your control, so we allow up to 10 minutes for late arrivals, anything more than this can heavily impact the smooth running of the salon.
Late arrivals may mean we cannot carry out your entire booking as we run on a time sensitive schedule and may result in running in to the next client’s booking time. If you think you may be running late, we ask that you get in touch as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by completing what we can in the remaining time available, but this may result in us cutting your appointment short or cancelling completely. In this case, the original fee still applies.
Change of Mind
Downgrading- if you wish to reduce the service that you originally booked, then 48 hours notice is required, otherwise the originally booked appointment cost will still stand.
Upgrading- If you wish to add services to your original appointment we will endeavour to cater for the request, however, if time does not allow we will arrange an alternate date and time, for the additional services.
We welcome and respect all genders and identities, the entire spectrum of the LGBTQI+ community, people of any colour or race, people at any level of ability, and all religions.
The salon is all on one level with a small step into the salon.
If you need lights lowered, firmer/softer touch, no music/ a silent treatment or any other adjustments made, you are more than welcome to inform us at any time during your appointment.

We take cash, debit/credit cards, (inc Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers. Full payment must be made at the end of each appointment.
All Cancelled No-Show, Late Arrivals And Change Of Mind Bookings Will Be Monitored. If This Occurs On A Regular Basis Then We Reserve The Right To Remove You From Our Database And No Future Bookings Will Be Accepted.
